The weekend of September 7th is the last time you can party at the old locale before it shuts down. I suspect the building will be torn down and rebuilt as (overpriced) luxury housing. There's no word as to when/where the new club will be. I'm getting some people together to go to the club that weekend. If you're free and want to attend let me know. Details are as follows: Date: Friday, September 7th Meeting time: 9:30 Address: 179 Varick Street (between King & Charlton) Directions: 1 to Houston Street. The club is 1 1/2 blocks south of the subway station. C/E to Spring Street. Walk west to Varick Street, turn right, walk north. Club is on the west side of the street. Cost: Free w/VIP pass (see attached) until 11:00 P.M. Afterwards, there is a $20 cover. http://www.nerveana.com/COMBOVIPPass.html Dress code: Jeans OK; no sneakers, tank tops(guys) Note: The 1st floor (Culture Club) will be open; Nerveana (90's music) will not.
