South Mountain is pretty good for bike trailing.

Yeah, South Mountain is crisscrossed with great mountain biking trails. You can pretty much pick trails to be as rugged as you can handle, and if you're just looking to warm up or cool off there's a big network of service roads in the back half of the park.
