Moulin Rouge Mardi Gras 2008

Come join the fun at Portland's most authentic Mardi Gras Party. This is a great event with a great crowd and the band Dr Theopolis is one of the best party bands in town.

A portion of the proceeds from the event go to Hands on New Orleans.

- Costume contest winners are crowned King and Queen of Mardi Gras and are awarded spa packages.
