What is everyone's favorite bars & clubs to meet other singles in Raleigh/Durham? There are a lot of guides out there on the best singles bars and such. Let us know which places you like best and why they are good for singles.

Damn. Like you, I was looking for some feedback from those that know the area but I guess they left you hanging. Raleigh is new to me but I'll hit some places this weekend if the weather doesn't storm too bad. If I come across anything worth mentioning I'll post it on here (in an attempt to revive this dead thread). Any suggestions from those in the know? I'm just looking for a relaxed atmosphere with friendly faces. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

ok, so I checked out a few places. Flying Saucer has a pretty casual scene with LOTS of beer. If you really like beer or are looking for a specific or hard to find beer, go there. The other 3 places I went to were kinda dead but maybe it was just a slow night. I'm still trying to get a feel for Raleigh....
So where does everybody go? What places have live music? Are there any areas where there are some clusters of bars and/or clubs within walking distance?
