VAVi’s Cardio Strip Dance is the perfect combination of aerobic exercise and fun, sexy dance moves. Don’t think you can do it? This class is intended for beginners who have never taken this type of class, fitness fanatics looking for a different workout, and dance lovers looking for some new moves.

In this 6 week class, our instructor will teach you the basic body movements and provide a fun, comfortable, private atmosphere to shake your tail feathers! Sorry fellas, ladies only and no nudity.
