We’re going to bring a French Quarter feel to the Bothwell
,
with backdrops and hand-painted decorations
,
street artists
,
fortune-telling
,
mask-making
,
incredible collector’s feather masks
,
gallery art… Organizers will turn the large east end auditorium into “Jackson Square”
,
for a street-style party with live music
,
dancing
,
bistro seating
,
trinkets and wares for sale; transitioning into “Bourbon Street”
,
with Louisiana-style cooking from jambalaya to pralines; Hurricanes
,
chicory coffee
,
and local beer and wine. “Pirate’s Alley” will offer a chance to make your own mask – either through a directed workshop on February 7th
,
two days prior to the event

or self-guided during the Bash itself.
