Where are the best places to get Halloween costumes in San Francisco? Let us know which places are too expensive, which are the best deals, which have the best selections and more. Costumes on Haight has costumes but they are mostly rentals and a bit pricey (But they are unique unlike the big halloween stores where everyone else on Halloween has the same costume). There is a Halloween shop in Daly City in the Serramonte Shopping Center and also one in Alameda (East Bay) on Park Ave. I went to the mall yesterday and even found girls costumes in Wet Seal etc. Happy shopping :)
