Snowballski has posted their schedule and they are doing a 4-day trip to Winter Park over Thanksgiving weekend.

I think we need to do TWO ski trips this year, one with snowball and one (flying) on our own. Skiers, who's in for what?

I will go on one this season. I could possibly do the Winter Park trip. Where do you have us in mind flying to?

I was thinking, fly to Denver, rent some wheels, drive into the mountains, and SKI. Of course, a little more planning would have to go into it for group prices on plane tickets, lift tickets and rooms but I think it would be logistically not a nightmare and better than the bus. Another option would be Whistler. I've got a connection in the neighbourhood.

I think you're option of flying somewhere sounds better. We would pay more for transportation, but we would have more time to ski. Also something not during the Holidays.

Durango Emailed me about a $399 airfare (southwest) and lodging deal. If ppl are interested, let me know. The resort chartered some flights out of DFW.

Are there green slopes in Durango?

The greens at Purgatory are in one small area and very easy. The place is mostly blues and they're very nice, not too hard and pretty long. And there are a few blacks to be found. YAP went there in Feb and we had a blast. There's pics on my web site.

This is a great idea.  Count my friend and me in for a trip in late February or March!!!

I know a few travel agents that might help too.
